Who May Apply
Eligibility
Eligibility for membership recognition through this platform is limited to applicants who are members of the Papa GAUF Chapter and are affiliated with either Tau Gamma Phi Fraternity or Tau Gamma Sigma Sorority, subject to verification and approval by the Association.
The Association may request supporting information to validate chapter affiliation, identity, and related membership records.

Papa GAUF Chapter Members
Applicants must be members of the Papa GAUF Chapter. Eligibility is not extended to applicants outside of this specific chapter affiliation, regardless of general alumni status.

Tau Gamma Phi or Tau Gamma Sigma Affiliated
Applicants must hold an affiliation with either Tau Gamma Phi Fraternity or Tau Gamma Sigma Sorority. Both fraternal and sororal affiliations are recognized under the Association's membership framework, subject to formal verification.

The following information is required to initiate a membership application. The Association may request further documentation during the review process.

Applicant's full name, active mobile number, valid email address, and current residence details for verification and official correspondence during review.

All applications submitted through this public form are routed to Papa Chapter and recorded under the fixed applying chapter used by the Association for membership review.

Work and Emergency Contact Details
Current professional information and emergency contact details help the Membership Committee verify records, coordinate communication, and support member-service follow-through when needed.

Applicant Photo Preparation
A clear recent photo will be needed for future verified member profile and digital member ID use inside the private Members Platform once upload workflow, storage path, and rules review are formally approved.
How It Works
Application Process
All applications are subject to formal review by the Membership Committee. Approval is not guaranteed and is contingent on the outcome of the verification process.

Submit Application
Complete and submit the public application form through this page. Provide all requested information accurately and include any required supporting details for Association review.

Membership Committee Review
The Membership Committee reviews each submitted application for completeness, eligibility, and chapter affiliation. Applications that do not meet the stated criteria will not proceed.

Verification and Clarification
The Association may contact applicants to request clarification or additional supporting information. Timely and accurate response is required for the application to continue.

Approval Decision and Next Instructions
Upon completion of the formal review, the applicant will be informed of the outcome. Approval is not automatic. Applicants who are approved will receive next instructions from the Association.

The submission of an application does not constitute or imply acceptance into the Association. All submissions are subject to formal review, and the outcome is determined solely by the Association.
Applications Are Subject to Formal Review
Each application is evaluated by the Membership Committee in accordance with the Association's established eligibility criteria and governance policies. Incomplete submissions may not be processed.
Additional Verification May Be Required
The Association reserves the right to request further documentation or clarification at any stage of the process to verify chapter affiliation, identity, or related membership records.
Member Access Is Granted Only After Approval
Access to member-only features, records, and Association resources is restricted to approved members. No member-level access is provided prior to a formal approval decision by the Association.

The membership application system is currently operating under Phase 1 Beta Live. Review and approval may take longer than usual while the remaining admin and workflow components are being completed. Full system build completion is targeted on or before May 31, 2026. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Membership Data Privacy and Use Notice
The information submitted in this form will be used for membership evaluation, identity verification, applicant communication, chapter coordination, emergency contact, and future member services of the Grand Triskelion – Papa GAUF Alumni Association.
If approved, selected information such as your name, batch year, chapter affiliation, profile photo, and member status may be used to create your verified member profile and digital member ID within the private Members Platform.
Residence, work, emergency contact, and contact-number details will not be displayed publicly. Access will be limited to authorized officers, membership reviewers, and administrators for legitimate Association purposes.
Future location-based services, including voluntary travel check-in, member assistance, or distress-location sharing, will require separate consent from verified members before activation.
